Matthews-DebbieWhen we think about employee health we only focus on their physical wellbeing.  We create wellness programs communicating ideas on diet and exercise.  We provide flu shots.   And yes these programs do encourage productivity.  However depression, anxiety, addiction, and stress are affecting the company’s bottom line as well.  We need to prioritize our employee’s mental health as well as their physical health as part of our overall workforce health strategy.  In this seminar, we will look at how the mental health of employee impacts the bottom line and the various strategies for HR, EAP and providers to work together to address the issues that arise. Please join us on April 26, 2019 for this intriguing seminar by Deborah Matthews.
