Please join us at our new location in Encino, January 25, 2019, for a insightful presentation by Stephen Sideroff, Ph.D. Emotional and physical health are intertwined with performance. Stress that impacts health is an integral aspect of the work environment. What we do to achieve business success is accompanied by stress! Therefore, for the greatest achievement, it is necessary to develop resilience. Resilience is the capacity to engage in stressful behavior while continuing to function optimally. This two-hour program will demonstrate the relationship between work stress, health and performance. It will then present a comprehensive nine component model of resilience and “how to” tools to develop along these nine dimensions. Dr. Sideroff’s Resilience Assessment Booklet will be shared with participants so they can discover their own resilience profile.
