“USING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO IMPACT MANAGEMENT & PRODUCTIVITY"

Presented by Kim Scott, LMFT

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the capacity to reason about emotions and to use emotional information to enhance your thoughts rather than letting your emotions hijack your thoughts.

In this seminar Kim Scott, LMFT will teach valuable skills for managing emotions, identifying emotions in others and using enhanced emotional intelligence to interact more effectively with colleagues, clients, employees and loved ones.  Now how's that for a great presentation!

Learning objectives: * Identify emotions in yourself and others. * Practice CBT and Mindfulness Skills to harness and manage emotions * Use EI Communication Process to accurately understand the thoughts and feelings of others. * Learn centering skill for stabilizing employees or clients who are being flooded by emotions.
