Tina Marie Rowden, Executive Director, Rowen & Schuster, Legal Advocacy & Life Coaching, Inc. has 20 years of experience in healthcare business development. Her Mission is to empower and encourage men and women who are struggling with mental health and/or addiction.
Ryan Stanley, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Life Skills Coach and EAP Assistant with Rowen & Schuster. Ryan has personally struggled with addiction and is especially able to understand the mindset of the chronic marijuana user. His professional focus is guiding employers through their use of marijuana while maintaining high levels of job performance (pun intended).
