February 24, 2017

Presented by Jane L. Snowden Galvin

Please join us at our new location in Encino on February 24, 2017 for a very informative presentation on Working With Millennials! In 2016, more than one-in-three American workers are adults ages 18 to 34, also known as Millennials. As of now, an estimated 53.5 million millennials are part of the workforce, and the number is expected to grow, as millennials continue to graduate from college and enter the workforce. In this training, we will explore how to work with millennials and the myths and truths surrounding them.

The goals of the training are:

  • Examine the Myths and Truths regarding Millennials
  • Explore the most the most prevalent issues that impact the workplace
  • Review the ways to best intervene
  • Discusses the best way to achieve successful outcomes with this population
