Please join us for a very informative presentation on the Role of Therapist in Organizational Teamwork.
Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success. When individuals work together, the possibilities become endless! It is important to learn how to work as a team, both at home and at work. The purpose of this training is to explore the therapist’s role in helping the client expand their understanding of the culture in their workplace and improve their ability to be an effective team player, in all aspects of their life.
In this presentation, we will focus on:
- The therapist’s role in helping the client understand his/her corporate culture
- How the therapist can help the client evaluate his/her ability as a team player
- Helping the client create a healthy work/life balance
- Helping the client accurately evaluate the roles competition and rewards play in his/her life
- Helping the client create a plan for career advancement and satisfaction
Marylin E. Kingston, Ph.D. holds a Doctorate degree in organization psychology and a Master's degree in counseling psychology. She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Child Counselor and has a credential as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Marylin was the Executive Vice President of The Holman Group for more than 20 years. Her expertise included managing corporate accounts, developing public policy, and monitoring the implementation and administration of new services and programs. Additionally, Dr. Kingston has an expertise in organizational development.
