March 27, 2015
Presented by Dr. Backstrom, Ed.D., C.P.C.C.
Workplace conflict is routine. It happens nearly every day with some conflicts being relatively mild and others more substantive. How you understand and handle workplace conflict influences productivity, communication, creativity, decision making, collaboration and much more.
This interactive and dynamic workshop examines:
- The language, thoughts and feelings of conflict
- 5 common modes of conflict
- Ways to diffuse your conflict triggers
In this participant-driven workshop you’ll use a real life conflict situation to explore how you could have handled the situation differently for a more productive outcome. The workshop will leave you with real tools you can immediately use.
