Dr. Bill Dyment is a leading expert in permanent personal and organizational change management. In 2013, he delivered 150 seminars to America’s Fortune 500 companies, universities, health institutions and charitable organizations. In October 2013, he surpassed his 2100th presentation by speaking to more than 400 organizations. He has worked closely with EAP organizations, including Cigna, Managed Health Network, Optum Health, E4Health and Balancing Life Issues, since 1997 as a presenter, provider and corporate consultant. Along with his co-author, Dr. Marcus Dayhoff, is the co-author of Fire Your Excuses, a book and assessment featuring a 20-page personalized report examining the excuse areas where professionals struggle the most and their current potential for change.
